The Need
The World Economic Forum’s Global Social Mobility Report (2020) highlights that in countries with low social mobility, such as India,
it can take nearly seven generations for a family born into poverty to reach the average income level.
This cycle is deeply entrenched by inequality and lack of access to quality education. Today, millions of children in India still grow up without the opportunities needed to break free from this cycle and build dignified, independent futures.
At OM Foundation, our aspiration is to change this trajectory - by enabling high-quality learning and opportunity for children who need it most.
